Fresh turmeric latte

How to make a Fresh turmeric latte?
- fine grater,
- 480 ml sweetened almond milk
- 2 tsp fresh turmeric
- 2 tsp fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 6 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
- Step 1:
- Peel and mince or grate the ginger and turmeric. Dried spices can also be used.
- Step 2:
- Whisk together the almond milk and coconut oil in a small saucepan. Add the turmeric and ginger. Simmer over medium low heat for approx. 5 min. until warm.
- Step 3:
- Add maple syrup, ground cinnamon, salt, and warmed almond milk to blender and blend for approx. 5 min. until frothy and combined.
